No icon file in tgz package #6
Description
What are the steps to reproduce?
Run node-red-nodegen command using function node template or swagger node template.
What happens?
Sometimes there's no icon file in tgz package because node-red-nodegen command executes both copying process for icon files and npm package process asynchronously.
What do you expect to happen?
tgz file always contains icon file correctly when the node template has icon files.

- Node-RED version: v0.17.5
- node.js version: v6.11.3
- npm version: v3.10.10
- Platform/OS: Ubuntu 16.04
- Browser: Google Chrome 61.0.3163.100（Official Build）（64 bit）on Windows 10
