  • subscription-tool: Pub/Sub + Kafka now live-validated on kind (#90 Phase 1) Add a Live validation section recording all three backends (NATS, Pub/Sub, Kafka) at the same live-E2E bar on kind (drain N -> ack -> COMPLETED -> event trail), and fix the doc's step-output accessor (drain_orders.output.messages -> drain_orders.messages).
