Cluster server issues are not showing in cluster server page

• Version: VERSION
• Deployment: AZURE|ESX|AWS|GCLOUD|DEV|VBOX
• Customer: NAME

Actual behavior

1. I cannot see what are the issues of the server inside the server page

Expected behavior

1. I should maybe see the issues when I hover over the issues icon or something idk
   Maybe even a list of issues...

Steps to reproduce

1. Just create an issue in cluster servers

@nb-ohad Please add the same tooltip explanation (with the issues list we show on the cluster level) to the status icon in the server page and change "*Value does not match server minimum requirements" text color to color 11 (yellow).

Can we add an indication for errors on the tabs? Something like this maybe?
