Alerts - when in Azure none-stop IP changed messages

Environment info

• Version: 1.9
• Deployment: AZURE
• Customer: QA

Actual behavior

1. when a server is in cluster in azure - the ip of the server is the external IP of the server
2. this ip is differnt then the IPs of the machines - which are the internal ones
3. we check the IPs and see that the IPs are not the same and sending non-stop change IP alert

Expected behavior

1. shouldn't show this message

1. create a cluster in azure
