Switch testing to Jest from Mocha #22
Description
Thinking of switching normative-react testing over to jest and setting up some basic stuff (like renders without crashing) to start.
Pepperoni seems to be our go to for react-native, it uses jest. I also like being aligned with create-react-app where it makes sense since it has great support/direction.
Any objections?
