Update the package version to 0.2.1 and lower the minimum Elixir version
requirement from 1.18 to 1.14. This change facilitates broader compatibility
across different production environments.

The following dependencies have been updated:
crucible_framework updated to 0.5.2
crucible_model_registry updated to 0.3.1
telemetry updated to 1.3

Project documentation, including the README and CHANGELOG, has been updated
to reflect this release. The mix.lock file has been synchronized to match the
new specifications in mix.exs.
