Updates the project dependencies to use the latest version of
crucible_datasets. This maintenance release ensures compatibility with
recent upstream dataset definitions.

Modifications:
- Upgrade crucible_datasets from 0.5.1 to 0.5.2 in mix.exs
- Increment application version to 0.1.3
- Update mix.lock to reflect new dependency constraints
- Update installation instructions in README.md
- Log changes in CHANGELOG.md
