Configuration

The settings open on Shop Parameters > MCP server, on the Configuration tab.

Step 1 - Enable the MCP server

Make sure Enable the MCP server is set to Yes. Turning it off closes the server at once, and every assistant already connected loses access.

Step 2 - Copy the address

Under Address to give to your assistant, click Copy. This is your shop's MCP address, the one an assistant connects to. Where to paste it in each assistant: see Connect an assistant.

Step 3 - Run the diagnostic

Before connecting an assistant, click Run the diagnostic. It checks your shop the way an assistant would, calling its addresses from the outside.

Step 4 - Read the result

Each line shows a check:

• ✔ the check passed
• ⚠ a warning: assistants still work, but read the message
• ✖ a problem: no assistant can connect until it is fixed, and the message says how

In this example, the shop is in maintenance: that is only a warning, assistants still connect.
