O'So MCP Server connects your PrestaShop shop to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT or Le Chat. You talk to the assistant in plain words, and it works on your shop for you, with the same rights as the employee who connected it.

What it is for

• Ask about your shop. Orders, customers, products, stock: the assistant looks them up and answers, no need to dig through the back office.
• • Let it do the work. Update a product, change an order status, fix a catalogue: you ask, the assistant does it, within the rights the employee approved when connecting it.
• Keep control. Each employee connects their own assistant and it gets exactly their back-office permissions, never more. Access can be revoked at any time.
• Assistant in the back office. A chat button on every back-office page, with the AI of your choice and your own API key.
• Multistore ready. Each shop has its own address and settings.

Requirements

• PrestaShop 8.0 to 9.x
• PHP 8.1 or later, with the cURL extension
• Friendly URLs enabled (Shop parameters > Traffic & SEO)
• The shop enabled, and installed at the root of a domain or subdomain (not in a subfolder)
• The shop reachable from the internet over HTTPS, so online assistants can connect to it
