Migrating to Cypress 13

I see in #18899 a migration for Cypress 13 was created, but I'm unsure of how to apply it. Does anyone know how to apply this update-16-8-0-cypress-13 migration? For context, I'm running NX 16.8.1, and this is the output from nx list @nx/cypress:

It seems like

nx migrate @nx/cypress@16.8.1 --from=@nx/cypress@16.0.0

Followed by

nx migrate --run-migrations

Did the trick
