[TUI] Allow configuring default pinned tasks

Hey,

Love the new Terminal UI. The pinned panes feature is super useful when juggling multiple continuous tasks.

Would it be possible to configure which tasks are pinned by default? With a lot of continuous tasks running, it gets a bit tedious to scroll through the list to find the ones I mostly care about and pin them every time I restart.

Not a huge deal, but would be a nice QoL improvement. Happy to help if you'd like a PR.
