[BUG] No tool call found for function call output with call_id

Bug Description
Sometimes, the following error occurs:

[openai-codex-plugin] 400 error: {"error":{"message":"No tool call found for function call output with call_id all_WwfOnsRjEskYC31dpXnfKidj.","type":"invalid_request_errBuild aOpenAIiGPT 5.1 Codex Medium (OAuth)00}}

I think this is mostly after the last output / at the end of a task.

Steps to Reproduce
happens only sometimes on regular build tasks.

Expected Behavior
No error :)

• Plugin version: 4.0.0
• Operating System: Win11 / WSL2 (Ubuntu22)
• Node.js version: 18.17.1

This seems to happen when opencode is calling a secondary model (gpt-nano for instance) to do things like summarize the last step. I suspect it's an issue in opencode but I'm not familiar enough with the code base to tell which side the issue is on.

Specifically what seems to be happening is we get a message in the input section w/type "function_call_output" without a matching "function_call". I'm not sure if the bug is that the function_call_output is included, or that the function_call is not included ;-)

I believe this branch fixes the issue on the opencode-openai-codex-auth side by filtering out all unmatching "function_call_output" input blocks.

I'm not familiar enough with the OpenAI API to know if this is the right thing to do, but it seems to work.

Turns out there were more items to cover - the compact message never made it to the new session, and there were changes to opencode that had to be covered as well

hi guys. not to be a party pooper but this bug is definite, although doesnt seem only a codex issue.

i used all strictly opencode/big-pickle in my pipeline and still got the same errors.

when i have one opencode create a worker opencode session/worktree (and or subagent), the send one gets a message from agentsmail giving it a task, but is unable to act on that message after returning a "No tool call found for function call output with call_id call_YdtFwU1V06C76dTtW6YB4L21". ONLY if i manually open the second session and message it, it can continue its work, albiet from ME and not following instructions from other agentsmail agents.

This removes ANY use for opencode for my use case, as a replacement for codex cli for agentic coding -_-''

Hey folks, I did a fresh install of opencode with v4.0.2 of this, and am still running into this issue. Happens when I try to write any files with the error:
