Add nu shell to /etc/shells during deb package installation #15275

After installing nu shell from deb package I can't set it as login shell because it is not added to /etc/shells file.

I'm testing installation of nushell from deb package.
I noticed I can't set it as my login shell.
I'm courious whether we can add nu to /etc/shells file during installation from deb package by default?
