Update the implementation to the v1.0 specification

The v1.0 specification is out (https://identity.foundation/didwebvh/v1.0/). It would be great to get this implementation updated to the v1.0 spec. Happy to answer any questions you have about the specification. Does the Nuts Foundation still have an interest in the did:webvh work?
