Describe the bug
i copied the code from i18n , but it's not work;
it's seem the url get a extra '' ,it should be 'https://registry.npmmirror.com/@nuxtjs/i18n/latest'
but when i try to add the module,the url is 'https://registry.npmmirror.com//@nuxtjs/i18n/latest'
