Drawer handle (sometimes) does not react when set to inset and direction='top | bottom'

Description

I have a UModal with a UDrawer inside that is set to inset and bottom direction. It has this strange behavior that the handle sometimes work, sometimes it doesnt.

i attached two reproductions, in the codesandbox it seems to work, in the nuxt ui documentation it doesnt.

go to the Drawer doumentation -> inset and set the direction to top or bottom and you will see that in that case the handle does not react on drag.
