UTable: alias "rows" as prop to "data" #5288

Description

AI coding assistants struggle with the data prop of UTable. Since there's a columns prop, they assume the inverse is rows. This happens even if I include memory/prompting to NOT assume that.

My hunch is, it would be easier for everyone if the prop was just named rows, or at least aliased to support both.

What do you guys think? Why is data used instead of rows - is there reasoning behind this naming?
