favicon.ico, manifest.json, and apple-touch-icon are not correct.

Describe the bug
The favicon.ico and manifest.json are not referenced correctly and show up as errors in the console when accessing a path that has a directory in it. The apple-touch-icon image is for React, not OCI.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the developer console.
2. Click on ADMIN or FEEDBACK.
3. View the error in the console.

Expected behavior
There should be no errors related to these items.
