Resolved fragments already contain the 'base' to which they refer, so we don't need to pass it around when rendering. Also introduce a new 'leaf' type that doesn't contain `Root`. Signed-off-by: Jon Ludlam <jon@recoil.org>

Now they get the 'unresolved' treatment the same as paths. This was the source of a large number of broken links in tests. Signed-off-by: Jon Ludlam <jon@recoil.org>

Resolved fragments pointing to hidden paths were causing broken links. This PR fixes that.
