There are three main places to look for accommodation in Cam.
Brett Ward notice board: http://www.brettward.co.uk/canb/ — This is a site where landlords/flatshares list what they have available.
University accommodation service: http://www.accommodation.cam.ac.uk — Probably still restricted to people 'connected to the University' but anyone you have any trouble registering, email the OCL list.
Agencies: http://www.zoopla.co.uk — Most agencies put their places up on Zoopla so this is probably worth looking at. You can also find the agencies websites directly and look through those (google for the agency names that zoopla displays).
