Three-phase operation to put the content asset pipeline under team ownership.

1. Audit — scan posts/assets/ filesystem against markdown references (blog, stories, team, jobs, tools) + website dynamic slug patterns (ClientCarousel hardcoded slugs + story slugs from stories/fr/). Identify orphans on disk that the upload pipeline would otherwise push.

2. Clean — review orphan list, delete confirmed orphans from posts/assets/, commit. Filesystem becomes the clean source of truth.

3. Migrate — create new website-blob store under the Ocobo team account, push the cleaned filesystem to it, rewrite blob URLs in markdown frontmatter to the new hostname.
