Three chantiers from the asset migration analysis: (1) explicit naming conventions documented + codified, (2) orphan-asset audit promoted from one-shot script to CI guardrail, (3) non-tech skill wrapping upload-assets so anyone can add/update an image without touching Vercel UI or git CLI.
