--wrap-with-fun doesn't export to node

Adding --wrap-with-fun makes the module unusable with node.js, unless manually modified; this is the same issue as emscripten-core/emscripten#5239 (and the solution there seems to apply here too).

I got the same problem. My solution is to add an small header file

    --wrap-with-fun=camlInit
    --custom-header=exports.camlInit=

but it feels a bit hacky
