Manual FWPort of @larm-odoo 's removal strategy doc overhaul from version 14.0
Tested and confirmed flows for versions:
15.0 ✅
16.0 ✅
16.3 ✅
17.0 ✅
After FWporting this doc all the way to version 17.0, will create a new targetted PR for 17.0 to add a section explaining the new removal strategy, Least packages.
