insert id

I think it might be more meaningful to return the insert id on insert 
statements.

This class extends the PDO class. So you can simply call

$db->lastInsertId();

Right now the $db-run() function returns the row count on 
updated/inserted/deleted records. It could be modified to return the last 
insert id for inserts or when using the $db->insert() function specifically. In 
the meantime the solution mentioned should work.
