The first public release of Scratch Studio, a macOS app that takes scratch /
wound-healing assays from raw images to publication-ready figures, statistics
and a draft Methods section.

Install

1. Download Scratch-Studio-1.0.dmg below.
2. Open it and drag Scratch Studio into Applications.
3. Launch from Applications.

Developer-ID signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens with no security prompt.
Requires an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 11 (Big Sur) or later.

Highlights

• Import time-lapse images, multi-well plates, microscopy stacks and videos.
• Wound segmentation: built-in classical detector or optional on-device
  Cellpose / SAM 2, all processed locally on your Mac.
• Automatic scale-bar calibration (OCR) or manual pixel sizing.
• A statistics engine that picks robust, defensible tests (Welch, Dunnett
  vs-control, repeated-measures, 4-PL dose–response) with effect sizes and
  assumption checks.
• Submission-grade charts and a multi-panel figure composer.
• One-click export to CSV, Excel, PDF, a wound-closing time-lapse animation,
  and auto-generated Methods + Results paragraphs that match your figures.
