Good project! I would like to go into some design details and high-level ideas, but I fail to find your paper/technical report...

Is there a plan for this?

Yes! We'll soon release a technical report on arxiv that gives an overview of the system architecture, one not too technical, but should provide a high-level discription. Some of our methods and follow-up works (for example, integrating Offloading and MoE) are also targeting System/AI conferences. 😀
