Improvement of FeatureItem condition logic + antivirus problem

Hi Oleg!
I found out today that the feature condition fix added on my request 24-01-19 (idea #1430, PRs #1432 & 1433) only supports selecting a feature through the condition, NOT deselecting one 🙄 That was kind of stupid. I was thinking of creating a PR with a correction but I have an aggressive Crowdstrike Antivirus that continuously deletes the Echo.exe file from Samples so I can't create a proper branch. I'm attaching the modified FeatureItem.cs file here instead. Changes are in lines 136-140, have a look when you got the time and let me know what you think 😊

Hi Lars, not a problem. I have updated the file.

As for Crowdstrike Antivirus I so-o-o understand you. In my prev company, this stupid antivirus decided one day that it was time to kill our compiler (~20 years old Embedded C++). Impacted the factory production line for one day. Since then, our IT-support team has called it ClownStrike. :)

All. Done. The new release v2.7.5 has been published.
