You can now find wither skeleton skulls in the nether fortresses, totem of undying in pillager outposts and tridents in buried treasures.

To craft mob heads wash a wither skeleton skull in a water cauldron to get a (normal) skeleton skull which can be crafted into zombie or creeper heads
