  1. PR150 Automapper library removed. Please ure Obelisk Projections instead for all entity to Dto mappings.
  2. PR150 Obsolete Create and Update commands, as well as CreateHandler and Updatehandler removed. Do not use generic Create and Update commands in your code, and if you de, please replace them with non-generic implementations.
