.NET 10 migration breaking changes

1. PR150 Automapper library removed. Please ure Obelisk Projections instead for all entity to Dto mappings.
2. PR150 Obsolete Create and Update commands, as well as CreateHandler and Updatehandler removed. Do not use generic Create and Update commands in your code, and if you de, please replace them with non-generic implementations. Note, Obelisk Core does not provide anymore default Create and Update commands out of the box. Those default command handlers used automapper to map a dto into an entity, skipping all related business logic.
