Do you want to list all the available flags? I intentionally left them out and only highlighted the most commonly used ones so we wouldn’t have to keep the docs in sync, since we already link to the README. But we could also do the opposite: update the README to link to the dev docs and just highlight the most used flags there.

I'd do the second one. Have the full list in the docs and the highlighted list in the readme. I think more people and AIs are going to search the docs for How do I do X with emulator

yea imo we swap it if anything, dev docs are probably more important.
