🇬🇧 Where we are

Ongrid generates scheduled ops reports (daily / weekly / monthly). Current design:

• Scheduled + on-demand — report_schedules drive automatic generation; you can also hit "Generate now" any time.
• Anti-hallucination by construction — every number comes from a SQL / Prometheus query. The LLM only narrates the facts; it never invents figures.
• Content (laid out in 4 rows):
  • Cluster / fleet status & posture
  • Alerts & how they were handled
  • Newly-added assistants / skills / knowledge / repos
  • Sessions & LLM token usage
  • Plus: resource trends (Prometheus avg / peak), monitoring coverage, device inventory
• Localized (follows the UI locale) and exportable to PDF.

What we'd love your input on

1. Content — which dimensions matter most to you? Anything missing? (cost, SLO / SLA, incident MTTR, capacity forecast …)
2. Delivery — should reports be pushed to Slack / Telegram / email, not only viewable in-app?
3. Cadence & triggers — are daily / weekly / monthly enough? Want event-triggered reports (e.g. an automatic post-incident summary)?
4. Format — Markdown / PDF / interactive web — what fits your workflow?
5. Audience — the same report for engineers and management, or different framings?

Ongrid 会生成定时运维报表（日报 / 周报 / 月报），当前设计：

• 定时 + 手动 —— report_schedules 驱动自动生成，也可随时点**「立即生成」**。
• 结构性反幻觉 —— 所有数字都来自 SQL / Prometheus 查询，LLM 只负责叙述事实，绝不编造数据。
• 内容（分 4 排呈现）：
  • 集群 / 设备态势
  • 告警与处置情况
  • 新增的助理 / 技能 / 知识库 / 代码仓库
  • 会话与 LLM token 用量
  • 外加：资源趋势（Prometheus 均值 / 峰值）、监控覆盖、设备清单
• 本地化（跟随 UI 语言）、可导出 PDF。

1. 内容 —— 哪些维度对你最重要？有没有缺的？（成本、SLO / SLA、故障 MTTR、容量预测……）
2. 送达 —— 报表要不要推送到飞书 / Slack / Telegram / 邮件，而不只是在产品里看？
3. 频率与触发 —— 日 / 周 / 月够用吗？要不要事件触发（比如故障后自动出一份复盘）？
4. 格式 —— Markdown / PDF / 在线交互，哪种最贴合你的流程？
5. 受众 —— 工程师和管理层用同一份，还是要不同视角？
