Summary

add new AsmCodeGeneration using ASM APIs
provide BytecodeGenerator interface and refactor CodeGeneration
allow choosing ASM backend via onion.asm system property

Testing

sbt -no-colors test
sbt -Donion.asm=true -no-colors test (fails: VerifyError)
