If you are getting Connection refused or Connection reset by peer using docker-compose

I spent hours debugging this. It ended up being that I needed to exec inside the container and run pip install -r extensions/openai/requirements.txt --upgrade. I hope that somebody that runs into this issue in the future can find this discussion and more easily solve the problem.

It is better to add BUILD_EXTENSIONS="openai" to .env.
