Do you have any examples of adding org member/reviewer/maintainer to OCM that will demonstrate that you follow the process that you have in contributor ladder? Example of PR would be helpful.

The link that you have here is not quiet clear.

We have a total of [42 contributors](https://openclustermanagement.devstats.cncf.io/d/66/developer-activity-counts-by-companies?orgId=1&var-period_name=Last%20decade&var-metric=contributions&var-repogroup_name=All&var-country_name=All&var-companies=All) to the project since conception and have a total of [28 contributors](https://openclustermanagement.devstats.cncf.io/d/66/developer-activity-counts-by-companies?orgId=1&var-period_name=Last%20year&var-metric=contributions&var-repogroup_name=All&var-country_name=All&var-companies=All) in the last year.
Over the last year, we have an average of 758 contributions and 30 contributors per month, and an average of 85 PRs merged per month.

We can also mention OCM participation in KubeCons and other events around the globe - Project Pavillion kiosk KubeCon Japan, EU, as well as speaking sessions (no need to list all of them, it's just good to point it out that you actively go to those CNCF events).

Sorry missed the message. Append some event in China. KCD Hangzhou is the one we just added as a partner community this week.

KubeCon China 2024: project kiosk, 5 topics in total about multicluster, LLM Performance, AI workload scheduling, and edge.
KubeCon China 2025: project kiosk, 3 topics about OCM addon, multicluster scheduling, and multicluster auth.
KCD Beijing 2025: partner community, project kiosk, 2 topics about multicluster scheduling and AI-Driven troubleshooting.
KCD Hangzhou 2025: partner community.
