Optimization/Functionalities:

• Refactored repository architecture by transitioning from rebasing on Azure Linux changes to implementing Azure Linux as a Git submodule
• Added new sync process using toolkit/scripts/toolchain/toolchain_update_git_submodule.sh to synchronize specs from Azure Linux
• Resolved issue where packages build with SRPM_PACK_LIST failed to install expected package versions when multiple BuildRequires conditions were specified for the same package.

Fixes and Patches:

• Updated the kernel to v6.12.67 with upstream fixes and Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) patches.
• Updated the Go programming language to version 1.25.7 to address the arbitrary file-write vulnerability and other vulnerabilities.
• Fixed several CVEs for caddy, qemu, rpc, tink-worker and device-discovery.
