Update stream identifiers

To be consistent with other plugins, update the stream and channel identifiers as follows:

Origin.(suborigin if applicable).stream_type.data_type.subtype...

For example, streams:
onix.npx1e.continuous.probe (for normal probe data)
onix.npx1e.continuous.9dof (for the imu)
acq-board.continuous.rhythm
acq-board.continuous.9dof

And then channels, add the required specialization:
acq-board.continuous.rhythm.aux
acq-board.continuous.rhythm.adc
onix.npx1e.continuous.9dof.quaternion.x
etc...
