Update calibration status

Similar to the problem presented in the acquisition board repo (see here), the calibration status should not be kept as a single channel. Instead of doing it as events, the calibration status should instead be split into four channels that go from 0 to 3, indicating levels of calibration (0 being not calibrated, 3 being fully calibrated).
