Orcha Desktop v1.1.0

The big one: a brand-new app-first onboarding. Open the app and a single guided window walks you from an empty Mac to a running Orcha workspace — no terminal required to get started.

New

• Single-window onboarding stepper — a guided, animated multi-step flow that sets up a workspace end-to-end. (#21)
• Guided prerequisite checklist — checks for Homebrew, Docker, and an AI agent (Claude Code / Codex), with one-click recheck and copy-paste install commands. The app auto-installs the orcha CLI for you.
• "New Workspace" from the app — create a project (including a brand-new folder) straight from the app menu / empty state.
• Refreshed UI — a local shadcn-style UI kit (buttons, cards, inputs, stepper, progress) and a restyled tray/manager.

Fixed

• App-spawned notifier now gets the real login-shell PATH, so Docker/CLI tools resolve when the app is launched from Finder.
• Build packaging fixes so the universal (Intel + Apple Silicon) build assembles correctly.
