The current documentation is both out of date in terms of how we use it and the explanations.

Solution

Investigate the updates and create updated/new documentation.

@BekahHW you forgot to remove Storybook from the sidebars.js. The docs is breaking down locally 😅.
I'm reviewing #230 and I'll fix this through this PR. 😉
