Scope for OpenAI-compatible gateway docs?

The earlier docs PR was closed with the same reasoning as other gateway-listing closures, so I do not want to keep pushing a generic provider mention.

Would the project consider either of these narrower alternatives?

• a generic “OpenAI-compatible control-plane gateway” setup note that uses placeholders and does not endorse/list individual vendors
• a native/custom endpoint example only if it solves a recurring user problem, such as centralized policy, audit, routing, and usage tracking in front of Open WebUI

For Tuning Engines specifically, the setup is just an OpenAI-compatible base URL plus an inference key:

Base URL: https://api.tuningengines.com/v1
API key: TE_INFERENCE_KEY

If that is still outside the docs scope, I will leave it external and avoid reopening the closed PR.

I think we already say in the docs quite clearly that every OpenAI compatible provider is supported so not sure why we need to enlist even more specific services
