configure MCP (tool) servers using environment variables (or something else?)

Hi everyone,

I could not find anything in this regard, but I'm looking for a way to configure several MCP servers during startup of Open-WebUI running in a container. There is just one variable ENABLE_DIRECT_CONNECTIONS which I assume enables the user to add local running MCP servers. I host all MCP servers using mcpo, but there is no direct integration either - am I missing something, or is this not possible yet?

After searching around, I finally found it! It's here:

The correct location is:

1. Click on your profile name or avatar in the bottom-left corner.
2. Open Admin Panel → Settings (the tab) → Integrations → Manage Tool Servers.
3. Click + (Add Server).
4. Click on Type OpenAPI to switch it to MCP Streamable HTTP
