When e.g. looking at application like Micosoft Office (web version),

The 3rd party licenses can be listed (this is not optional, but to comply with most licenses, their license text must be provided by the application)

This site is obviously very long, because it contains all the licenses.

OWUI should also have such a thing, maybe like this

And then a page loads (even without internet) where all the licenses of the current release are listed.
