Dynamically select and alter search languages

AI processing has much improved with the great feature to define search languages other than previously hard coded en-US. The new results are superior compared to before, especially in domestically relevant topics.

The chat dialog language can dynamically be instructed, so this is not an issue.

But during my research there are several and changing languages needed depending on the topic. Now I must edit the Web-Search languages, which is working fine. But for much improved UX I would prefer a UI field on top of the Chat window to alter these settings dynamically.

A list of dynamically selectable search languages would be highly appreciated.

Feasibility: Since this is now fully under control within open-webui by setting the web-search variable, this could be accomplished.

User Story
As a user, I want to select the search language interactively and depending on the topic to work on.
The selection of one or more search languages shall be selectable in a GUI field above the Chat window for best UX.

Limitation: this feature is mainly relevant for people that benefit from search in other languages than en-US.
