[Question] How to use openrouter api that update the model list given its api entrypoint

Hi, everyone,

I'm using openrouter with OPENAI_API_BASE and OPENAI_API_KEY and it works to use the openai models. But the webui doesn't update the model list based on what is available on openrouter(SO I can see only openai models now). Do we have the ability to trigger an update on how many model has been listed from openai api? Thanks for any help.
