Portable JSON export formats that don't include user information (and better community sharing)

Hello there!

I'm looking forward to seeing how the open web UI community evolves over time and love the idea of sharing model configurations with others.

Issue 1: Sharing flow strips out system prompt

Although sharing with the community is a nice feature, it does require repopulating all the data, at least when I tried to do it.

This model for example already has a system prompt populated:

But when I click on share and I'm brought to the Open Web UI community, that data has been lost.

Issue 2: Export JSON contains model configs but also user credentials, including email

It would be great to be able to simply download the JSON configuration and share your model configuration wherever you felt comfortable, including on public fora.

However, the JSON exposes user's personal information, including their email address:

the ability to download all models in a public appropriate configuration would be really great and facilitate sharing configurations
