Freeswitch as AS

Is there any configuration to set FreeSWITCH as an Application Server (AS) for Kamailio IMS?
The purpose of using FreeSWITCH as an AS is to generate Ring Back Tone (RBT) during calls. Currently, I am using PLMN 00101, and with this configuration, I am not getting RBT during calls on Samsung mobiles. If I configure FreeSWITCH as an AS, will it generate RBT for the calls?
