[Bug] Step-out doesn't work [sf#312]

The step-out command doesn't seem to be working. When I use it (either by pressing F11 or by the menu command) it does nothing. I believe it should run until the current routine issue a RET at some place.

It didn't work because it was not implemented at all. Neither in openMSX itself nor in the debugger.
But implemented now in revision 9390 (openMSX) and revision 9391 (debugger).

BTW:
As a side effect of this feature there is now also support for 'general debug conditions', See 'help debug set_condition'.
