Environment variable enforced to be set since v0.17.0

Hello, I just updated the library and got this error :

The child config "api_key" under "openai" must be configured: OpenAI API Key used to authenticate with the OpenAI API

That's weird because my environments are set with proper values in .env.dev.local.

So I downgraded to v0.16.0 for now, I don't have the time to investigate as it could break the production environment.
